Italian trio Kint unleash their debut full-length release the experimental Punk, infected wound sound of ‘Stoned.Immaculate’. Leading track ‘Snakebootskin’ fuzzes and crackles with distorted demon-esque Doom riffs and tuneful throat torn vocals. The mid-paced pounding continues on the atmospherically dark ‘Flat’. ‘Last On The List’ prays at the Sabbath god’s feet with the slightly distant guttural vocals providing a Death Metal slant. The slowly rising ‘The End’ has a country/Danzig horror twist that conjures up images of cowboys in makeup skinning dogs for a twisted campfire hoedown. ‘Blonde’ (song link http://hyperurl.co/Kint-Blonde) drops to its knees it beautiful blacked out frustration, a song to wake the Devil from his mid-morning nap. ‘Gold’s languid Goth intro morphs into a Nightmare Rock butterfly while ‘Flags Of Our Fathers’ is Kint’s finest hour. A delicately, brutal Doom infused album of intricate blackness.
