The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing Share ‘Baby Farmer’ Lyric Video

London-based, Victorian-themed punks, The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing have shared the lyric video for Baby Farmer, ahead of the release of their new album Double Negative on Friday.

‘This is the story of Amelia Dyer, a ‘baby farmer’.” says bassist Marc Burrows. “She would offer to find homes for unwanted children for a fee, then usually drown the baby and pocket the cash. She’s thought to have killed around 400 babies between 1871 and 1896, making her one of history’s most prolific serial killers. We gave the story an occult twist, with old Father Thames, the river god eventually putting his foot down. It’s one of Andy’s most twisted lyrics. Musically, this is a taught little number, nodding to 80s punk on both side of the Atlantic with a dash of NWOBHM.’

In support of the new album, the band take to the road throughout the UK from Monday.
