Distant Bonds release self titled EP

From London to Japan, three-piece alternative rock band Distant Bonds have been making waves in the music scene since early 2017 combining their catchy riffs, pop inspired huge choruses, crushing grooves and arena rock styled ‘Sing along’ hooks. They are now back with their new self-titled EP and it’s certainly a foot tapper!

Vocalist Ray Hikari who is based in both London and Japan says ‘Every song on the EP is either very personal or purely statement-driven. Some tracks focus on real life experiences and things that often play on my mind. The whole process for this EP just felt right. The material, the timing and the initial response from fans. That’s something you rarely see as a new emerging artist!’

The Distant Bonds consists of Ray Hikari (Vocals / Guitar), Mario Simanovsky(Bass) and Kay Erodotou (Guitar).

Late in 2017 the band also released their video for Defender which quickly gained a staggering 14k views in under 3 months!
