We managed to catch up with vocalist/guitarist Scott as he talked about the band’s upcoming album and more!

How was the initial response been for the music video for your title track of the upcoming album, Clone of the Universe?

So far so good. Everyone seems to be enjoying the song and video. Its a heavy song with a heavy beat.

Can you tell us something about the track nobody knows?

This song was the last song that we wrote for the new record. It almost didn’t make the final cut as we just finished it a week or so before we went into the studio. Its one of our favorites…..

Would you say this is one of your favourites on the upcoming album?

Yes. Its fun to play.

Are looking forward to the release of the album Close of the Universe?

Yes. I think is one of our favorites that we have recorded so far. Its a record where we will look forward to playing all the songs live.

If you could work with any band on a new song, who would it be and why?

On this one we did get Alex Lifeson from RUSH to play guitar on “IL Mostro Atomico”, the 18 minute long song so we were very happy about that one. Greg Ginn (black flag) to play some crazy guitar leads.

What venue are you most looking forward to playing Europe?

All of them.

What’s the alternative scene like in LA at the moment?

Not sure. We live about an hour from LA so we don’t really know whats up. The shows are fun and the crowds are good.

What was the first gig you all ever attended?

1981 Circle Jerks / Minutemen / Shattered Faith.
