Sheffield pop punk/emo quartet Sweet Little Machine are proud to announce the release of their new EP Monsters on 6th October 2017.
To celebrate the news, the band are streaming the title track from the record:

Commenting on the track, they say: ‘Monsters is about that darkness that everyone has inside them, but not letting it get you down. As people we all have that dark place in our lives, but it’s about not letting your ‘Monsters’ get the best of you.’
Chosen last year as Fireball’s Hottest Band 2017, the band will be opening every night on the forthcoming ‘Fireball – Fuelling The Fire’ Tour in October 2017 playing alongside Reel Big Fish, Anti-Flag and Mad Caddies each night.
The Fireball’s Hottest Band 2018 competition is OPEN NOW and closes at midnight on August 31 – the winner will be picked by a panel of judges and announced on September 11. To enter and for further information visit: https://www.academymusicgroup.com/fireballcompetition2017
Since winning the overall competition last year, the band have been on an incredible journey which has seen them go from local shows to playing sold out gigs across the country on tours with the likes of Don Broco, Me First & The Gimme Gimmes, Patent Pending and Wheatus.
‘It was so surreal when we won,’ says front man Alex Lantrua-Kissick ‘We grew up listening to Alex Baker’s Kerrang! Radio show and bands like Less Than Jake, and to have them say that they think you’re actually good is just so cool to hear. It’s impacted us so much – opening up on all of these tours has been a wonderful experience.’
The band will be revealing further music and details of the EP over the coming months.
