Bear Trade, hailing from the North East of England, have revealed the latest song from forthcoming album ‘Silent Unspeakable’. The quintessentially English title of As Long As We Have Tea references the song’s theme. It’s an uplifting and heartwarming love song from vocalist/guitarist Greg Robson to his wife.
The four-piece punk band’s second album ‘Silent Unspeakable’ will be released 21st April, 2017 via Everything Sucks Music in the UK and Dead Broke Rekerds in the US. The band are also off on tour with Strike Anywhere and Petrol Girls in April.
‘Silent Unspeakable’ is another personal affair (following on from the band’s debut ‘Blood & Sand’) comprising songs written from the heart and from Robson’s personal experiences, a commentary on life. The album was recorded at Suburban Home Studios in Leeds, with Matt Johnson from Hookworms. It was recorded over two weekends in Autumn 2016. Some of the songs were written three years ago and some we finished while we were recording them.
