Released in September to widespread praise, Sonderlust, Kishi Bashi’s third studio album, produced by Grizzly Bear’s Chris Taylor marked the songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and violin virtuoso’s most intimate and adventurous work to date. With songs ranging from shiny synth-pop jams to danceable disco-influenced bangers.
Today, Kishi Bashi shares a cinematic video for Sonderlust single Can’t Let Go, Juno. In it, he plays a driver for car service Liftūr, picking up a diverse group of individuals and witnessing their unique stories play out in the back seat of his car.
Kishi Bashi will be making stops at Savannah Stopover and Treeport Music Fest before heading out on a string of US dates in April — see below for all upcoming shows.
