The Lion And The Wolf has shared the straight to tape session video of The Pinching Point. The track, taken from the new album The Cardiac Hotel, out on October 7th, was recorded by Red Squirrel Productions in Ventnor, Isle Of Wight.
Speaking on the recording, Tom George said: ‘Recording to tape was something I have always wanted to do.
‘When the opportunity came up to do a live session with Red Squirrel in Ventnor, I couldn’t refuse.
‘It sounds like a progression compared to my old material and I feel it’s an accurate representation of how I sing live.
‘I feel that it sounds fragile and understated, perhaps?
‘I love the way Red Squirrel approached this, the guitar sounds like it could almost be from a Jeff Buckley track.’
