Formed of Dema (Vocals, Guitar), Jesus (Guitar, Backing Vocals), Ketto (Bass, Backing Vocals), Nick (Drums), Rizia (Trumpet) , Tuscia (Saxophone) , Italy’s alternative rock band, TALCO, have released new album ‘Silent Town‘ in the UK which is OUT NOW
The 12-track experience brings in a mixture of musical influences including Klezmer sounds, returning to its roots with similarities to previous records ‘Combat Circus’ and ‘Gran Galà’. It brings together a mixture of themes ranging from political and social commentary.

The title of album is taken from vocalist Dema’s book of the same name, which tells the history of a devastated country, both metaphorically and through magic realism, that is destined to repeat it’s own mistakes. This is where the core concept of ‘Silent Town‘ is born; a city in silence that seems forgotten by the rest of the world, but remains happy in its own small bubble.
With their impeccable live show and consistency on record, TALCO have become one of the leading European Ska-Punk bands in the world. Since the album’s European release back in November 2015, they have since successfully toured throughout Europe, including appearances in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and more.
