HALF SIGHT RELEASE DEBUT ALBUM ‘RHETORIC’

half-sight

Half Sight have been working their way through the DIY toilet-circuit for close to five years now, and have covered some serious mileage in the background with the likes of Funeral For A Friend, Crooks, While She Sleeps, Dead Harts and Shai Hulud, to name but a few.

Pair this hard work and dedication with their solid musicianship and you have Rhetoric, an emotional rollercoaster of a debut album, which holds a perfect balance between hooks and raw heaviness.

The band said: ‘With ‘Rhetoric’, we have tried to create something that flows as a singular entity, rather than a playlist of individual tracks.’
‘Lyrically and musically we have strived to give the album a direction from start to end. The aim was to push the boundaries of our musicality and to create a good deal of diversity on the record, but at the same time make sure that we defined our sound in this release.
‘Lyrically, the songs start with a more personal tone in the early tracks and move to a wider view of current world issues and how society deals with them.’

You can stream or download Rhetoric via iTunes & Apple Music, as well as Spotify, Deezer and many more major platforms.
