The tour news follows OCEANS ATE ALASKA’s recent announcement of their new vocalist Jake Noakes, a close friend of the band who will step up to full-time vocal duties for their imminent US ‘New Reign’ Tour with Born Of Osiris, Volumes, Within The Ruins and Fire From The Gods, before they return to the UK for Slam Dunk Festival and a special one-off Fearless Records show alongside I Prevail and Ice Nine Kills at the Camden Underworld. The five-piece have also been working on the follow up to their 2015 debut album Lost Isles, more details to be revealed soon.

The band comment:

‘Our new vocalist is our very close personal friend and incredibly talented singer/screamer Jake Noakes from the UK!

‘It’s our honour to be performing along side of him from here on out, he’s an absolute monster.

‘We are also very excited to inform you that the new album now is fully recorded and sounds insanely sick!

‘Without doubt this record is going to melt some faces. Anyway, everyone go give Jake a big warm welcome to the OAA family, and get stoked for some killer new tunes.’

OCEANS ATE ALASKA additional UK tour dates:

28.05.2017 – Leeds, City Centre (Slam Dunk North)

NAPOLEON released their critically acclaimed debut album Newborn Mind in 2016, which saw them tour relentlessly throughout the UK and Europe, as well as China and Japan. Since their inception in 2011, the band have become highly revered on the hardcore scene for seamlessly combining abrasive punk attitude with technical virtuosity and inventive hook laden songwriting. Currently working on their follow-up record, NAPOLEON will embark on a run of European dates – including Complexity Fest – later this month before they return for the TECHFEST tour.
